How do I submit a book proposal or manuscript?
Please visit our Submissions page and fill out the proposal form. Include a synopsis, sample chapters and your qualifications.
What is the review process for submissions?
Our editorial team evaluates submissions within 8–12 weeks. We’ll contact you for next steps.
Where can I purchase your books?
You can buy directly from our shop griftpublishing.com or through major retailers like Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo and educational distributors.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Invoices are emailed automatically. For duplicates or corrections, email orders@grifteducation.com.
How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days for metro areas. Regional deliveries may take slightly longer.
Express orders typically arrive in 1–3 business days after dispatch for most locations.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What if my book is out of stock?
Out-of-stock books are reprinted and shipped within 10 business days. You’ll receive updates via email.
How long do bulk orders take?
Bulk orders (10+ copies) may take up to 10 business days for printing and dispatch. Priority options are available, please contact orders@grifteducation.com.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only if the order hasn’t shipped. Email us immediately at orders@grifteducation.com.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Contact us at orders@grifteducation.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide though subject to custom clearance. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
What’s your return policy?
Undamaged books, subject to inspection, may be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
